Christ suffered on the cross for our sins.

Christ suffered on the cross for our sins.

To save us, son of God, Jesus Christ became man.
God was born a little child on Earth. Jesus lived the same life which we live. He experienced hunger, misery, pain, suffering. But in one of his life differed from ours: Jesus in his life never sinned.
The crucifixion of Jesus on the cross.
Jesus showed love to all the people around him and sacrificed everything to help them. But, despite the fact that he showed so much goodness to the people, he was betrayed even the closest people to him. And then he was executed.
Jesus was executed the most horrible and painful death that existed in those days. His hands and feet were nailed to a wooden cross. On his head was hanging a wreath woven from the bloody thorny. His entire body was covered with bleeding wounds from beatings, whipping the leather with sharp metal tips.
The death took Jesus from the people.
From people for the sins that He was dying.
Here is how it is described in the Bible:
“They crucified him, and the villains, one on his right and the other on the left side. Jesus said: ‘ Father! Forgive them, for they know not what they do “. And divided his garments, casting lots. And people stood and watched. They laughed together with them and the chiefs, saying others rescued, let him save himself if he is the Christ, the chosen of God. The Warriors argued over it, coming up and offering Him vinegar. ” (The Holy Bible, Luke 23:33 -36)
How were the people that Jesus was crucified on the cross?
Some just stood and looked at it as a spectacle. Others mocked Jesus. Still others argued over it. And someone shared between a rest after his clothes. What a dismal picture of potential employees. And because Jesus died for their sins, to rescue them.
How was Jesus himself to the people who crucified him?
Crucified on the cross of Jesus Christ to the father with the words: “father, forgive them, for they know not what they do”.
Instead of condemnation or resentment, Jesus continued to love these people, and it is dry from thirst and sore lips whispered: “forgive them. They don’t know what to do. ”
Yes …. This is the greatest love. Only love can do that.
And the love God has for you and me too.
He loved you all your life. Despite the fact that you did not know him, or was indifferent to it. He died for your sins. Are you ready to accept this?
